I.-In the organisations referred to in article R. 6325-1, the holding, control, management and dispensing of medicinal products are carried out by a pharmacist registered on the roll of the competent section of the national order of pharmacists.
II – By way of derogation, at the request of the organisation, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency may authorise a doctor, designated by name, who is responsible for the health activities of the centre or structure with mobile care teams, to order, hold, monitor and manage medicines and to be responsible for dispensing them free of charge to patients.
If the Director General of the Agency remains silent, this will be deemed to be authorisation on expiry of a period of two months from the date of receipt of this application.
III – The medicinal products are kept in a place to which persons not belonging to the organisation do not have free access and are stored under the conditions laid down in the marketing authorisation, under the responsibility of the pharmacist or doctor authorised by the Director General of the Agency.
