Article R6332-93 of the French Labour Code

The skills operators jointly manage the employers’ contributions allocated to financing the personal training account in accordance with the procedures defined by articles R. 6332-22-3 to R. 6332-22-5 and monitor the use of the sums collected within a specific section.

They define the services offered, the priorities, the criteria and the conditions for taking applications submitted in the context of the personal training account in accordance with the procedures defined by article R. 6323-5.

As soon as they are received, the funds mentioned in the first paragraph are pooled within the specific section.

Les opérateurs de compétences gèrent paritairement les contributions des employeurs affectées au financement du compte personnel de formation selon les modalités définies par les articles R. 6332-22-3 à R. 6332-22-5 et suivent l’emploi des sommes collectées au sein d’une section particulière.

Ils définissent les services proposés, les priorités, les critères et les conditions de prise des demandes présentées dans le cadre du compte personnel de formation selon les modalités définies par l’article R. 6323-5.

Dès leur réception, les fonds mentionnés au premier alinéa sont mutualisés au sein de la section particulière.
