Article R6341-34 of the French Labour Code

As soon as the training period begins, the director of the training establishment or centre:

1° In the case of State-approved training courses, and in the case of trainees for whom the management of remuneration is entrusted to Pôle emploi, sends the application to this establishment ;

2° In the case of State-approved training courses, and in the case of other trainees, send the application to the regional department of the Agence de Services et de Paiement (Services and Payment Agency) within whose jurisdiction the training establishment or centre is located;

3° In the case of courses approved by the region, responds to the request in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Regional Council.

The establishment referred to inarticle L. 5315-1 of the Labour Code assumes the obligations set out in article R. 6341-33 for trainees whose remuneration it is responsible for managing under an agreement.

Dès le début du stage, le directeur de l’établissement ou du centre de formation :

1° Lorsqu’il s’agit de stages agréés par l’Etat, et en ce qui concerne les stagiaires pour lesquels la gestion de la rémunération est confiée à Pôle emploi, adresse la demande à cet établissement ;

2° Lorsqu’il s’agit de stages agréés par l’Etat, et en ce qui concerne les autres stagiaires, adresse la demande au service régional de l’Agence de services et de paiement dans le ressort duquel est implanté l’établissement ou le centre de formation ;

3° Lorsqu’il s’agit de stages agréés par la région, donne suite à la demande conformément aux instructions du président du conseil régional.

L’établissement mentionné à l’article L. 5315-1 du code du travail assure les obligations prévues par l’article R. 6341-33 pour les stagiaires dont elle est chargée par convention de gérer la rémunération.
