Article R6351-13 of the French Labour Code

The Minister responsible for vocational training has authorised the creation of an automated processing system for personal data called “Mon Activité Formation” (MAF). This teleservice enables the service providers referred to in Article L. 6351-1 to make the declaration referred to in Article L. 6351-2 and to send the educational and financial report referred to in Article L. 6352-11.

The Minister responsible for vocational training is in charge of the automated processing.

Article R6351-13

Est autorisée la création, par le ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle, d’un traitement automatisé de données à caractère personnel dénommé “ Mon Activité Formation ” (MAF). Ce téléservice permet aux prestataires mentionnés à l’article L. 6351-1 d’accomplir la déclaration mentionnée à l’article L. 6351-2 ainsi que la transmission du bilan pédagogique et financier prévu à l’article L. 6352-11.

Le ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle est responsable du traitement automatisé.
