I.-Personal data recorded in the processing mentioned in article R. 6351-13 is kept for the purposes of the checks provided for in article L. 6361-2 throughout the period of validity of the declaration of activity, including any amendments, and for up to four years after the declaration ceases to be valid.
If registration of the declaration of activity is refused, the data is kept for a period of four years from the date of notification of the refusal and, after this date, in the event of an administrative or legal appeal, until the end of the appeal procedure.
II – The supporting documents referred to in article R. 6351-5 containing personal data are kept for the period required to investigate and cover the time limits for appealing and withdrawing an unlawful administrative decision. In the event of an appeal, the documents are kept until the end of the appeal procedure.
III – The personal data collected as part of the transmission of the educational and financial report provided for in Article L. 6352-11 is kept for the purposes of the control provided for inArticle L. 6361-2 of the Labour Code, for a period of four years.
The procedures for storing and deleting data are specified by order of the Minister responsible for vocational training.
