Article R641-34 of the French Commercial code

Where proceedings are pending before the industrial tribunal on the date of the judgment opening the compulsory liquidation, information relating to the subject matter and circumstances of the dispute and supporting documents shall be sent by the liquidator to the institutions mentioned in Article L. 143-11-4 of the Labour Code, brought before the industrial tribunal in accordance with article L. 641-14 of this code.

Lorsque des instances sont en cours devant la juridiction prud’homale à la date du jugement d’ouverture de la liquidation judiciaire, les informations relatives à l’objet et aux circonstances du litige ainsi que les éléments justificatifs sont transmis par le liquidateur aux institutions mentionnées à l’article L. 143-11-4 du code du travail, mises en cause devant la juridiction prud’homale conformément à l’article L. 641-14 du présent code.
