Article R6422-5 of the French Labour Code

At the end of a leave of absence for the validation of prior learning, the beneficiary of the leave of absence must, at the request of the employer or of a funding body mentioned in article L. 6316-1, provide proof of his or her participation in the validation of prior learning provided by the ministry or certifying body and, where applicable, by the accompanying body.

Au terme d’un congé de validation des acquis de l’expérience, le bénéficiaire du congé présente sur demande de l’employeur ou d’un organisme financeur mentionné à l’article L. 6316-1, tout justificatif attestant de sa participation aux actions de validation des acquis de l’expérience fournie par le ministère ou l’organisme certificateur et le cas échéant, par l’organisme accompagnateur.
