When the validation of acquired experience takes place during working hours, as part of the skills development plan, the mobilisation of the personal training account, a leave to validate acquired experience or retraining or promotion through work-linked training, the hours devoted to it constitute actual working time and give rise to continued remuneration.

When actions to validate acquired experience take place outside working hours, as part of the skills development plan, the personal training account or retraining or promotion through work-linked training, the employee benefits from social security legislation relating to protection against accidents at work and occupational illnesses.

Lorsque les actions de validation des acquis de l’expérience se déroulent pendant le temps de travail, dans le cadre du plan de développement des compétences, de la mobilisation du compte personnel de formation, d’un congé de validation des acquis de l’expérience ou de la reconversion ou promotion par alternance, les heures qui y sont consacrées constituent un temps de travail effectif et donnent lieu au maintien de la rémunération.


Lorsque les actions de validation des acquis de l’expérience se déroulent en dehors du temps de travail, au titre du plan de développement des compétences, du compte personnel de formation ou de la reconversion ou promotion par alternance, le salarié bénéficie de la législation de la sécurité sociale relative à la protection en matière d’accidents du travail et de maladies professionnelles.
