Article R653-1 of the French Commercial code

When the judicial representatives mentioned in article L. 653-7 become aware of facts provided for in articles L. 653-3 to L. 653-6 and L. 653-8, they shall inform the public prosecutor and the official receiver.

For the application of article L. 653-8, the date used for the cessation of payments may not be different from that used pursuant to Article L. 631-8.

Article R653-1

Lorsque les mandataires de justice mentionnés à l’article L. 653-7 ont connaissance de faits prévus aux articles L. 653-3 à L. 653-6 et L. 653-8, ils en informent le procureur de la République et le juge-commissaire.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 653-8, la date retenue pour la cessation des paiements ne peut être différente de celle retenue en application de l’article L. 631-8.
