The records are sent to the automated national criminal records department either on paper, in the form of a magnetic recording, or by secure electronic means, including when the communication of conviction notices is provided for by international conventions.

Les fiches sont adressées au service du casier judiciaire national automatisé soit sur un support papier, soit sous la forme d’un enregistrement magnétique, soit par voie électronique sécurisée, y compris lorsque la communication d’avis de condamnation est prévue par les conventions internationales.
