Article R670-3 of the French Commercial code

In the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle:

1° The order provided for in Article R. 642-28 in addition to the information specified in article R. 642-22, the statements appearing in the article 144 of the law of 1 June 1924 implementing French civil legislation in the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle;

2° The order provided for in article R. 642-30 in addition to the information specified in article R. 642-22, includes the information specified in the second paragraph of the article 261 of the same law;

3° Sales by amicable auction are subject to the provisions of articles 249 to 254 of the same law.

Article R670-3

Dans les départements du Bas-Rhin, du Haut-Rhin et de la Moselle :

1° L’ordonnance prévue à l’article R. 642-28 comporte, outre les indications mentionnées à l’article R. 642-22, les énonciations figurant à l’article 144 de la loi du 1er juin 1924 mettant en vigueur la législation civile française dans les départements du Bas-Rhin, du Haut-Rhin et de la Moselle ;

2° L’ordonnance prévue à l’article R. 642-30 comporte, outre les indications mentionnées à l’article R. 642-22, les énonciations figurant au deuxième alinéa de l’article 261 de la même loi ;

3° La vente par voie d’adjudication amiable est soumise aux dispositions des articles 249 à 254 de la même loi.
