Article R711-16 of the French Commercial code

The general meeting of the territorial, local and departmental chambers of commerce and industry of Ile-de-France meets whenever it is convened by its chairman or at the request of one third of its members or the supervisory authority.

It meets under the conditions set out in its internal regulations, at least three times a year.

Article R711-16

L’assemblée générale des chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales, locales et départementales d’Ile-de-France se réunit chaque fois qu’elle est convoquée par son président ou à la demande du tiers de ses membres ou de l’autorité de tutelle.

Elle est réunie dans les conditions prévues dans son règlement intérieur, au moins trois fois par an.
