Subsection 2: Operation.

Within three weeks of the last day of voting, the elected members of the Ile-de-France territorial, local and departmental chamber of commerce and industry are installed by the supervisory authority or its representative. The supervisory authority draws up minutes of the meeting.

After each renewal, the territorial and local chambers of commerce and industry and the departmental chambers of Ile-de-France elect a bureau consisting of a president, two vice-presidents, a treasurer, a deputy treasurer and one or two secretaries. The general meeting of the territorial, local and departmental chambers of commerce and industry of Ile-de-France meets whenever it is convened by its chairman or at the request of one third of its members or the supervisory authority. It meets under the conditions set out in its internal regulations, at least three times a year.
