The delegation is made up of members of the territorial chamber of commerce and industry whose activity or the business they represent is located in the delegation’s constituency and who have been identified as members of the chamber and of the delegation during the electoral operations. These delegation members are elected at the level of the constituency of the territorial chamber of commerce and industry.
On a proposal from the general assembly of the territorial chamber of commerce and industry, the supervisory authority may decide that each delegation shall include at least one elected member per category or sub-category regardless of the economic weight of the delegation. The number of delegation members and their distribution between categories and, where applicable, between professional sub-categories are decided by the supervisory authority under the conditions set out in articles R. 711-47 and R. 713-66.
