Article R711-79 of the French Commercial code

The agreement signed by a consular higher education establishment pursuant to article L. 711-19 specifies in particular:

1° The academic objectives pursued by the establishment;

2° The principles governing the composition of the establishment’s teaching staff;

3° The principles governing the terms and conditions of access to the establishment;

4° The definition of the establishment’s activities and, where applicable, the links between these activities and the training activities provided by the chambers of commerce and industry concerned, their subsidiaries and by the subsidiaries of the consular higher education establishment ;

5° Guidelines relating to partnership policy, particularly at international level;

6° The terms and conditions under which real estate belonging to the territorial chambers of commerce and industry and the regional chambers of commerce and industry are made available to the establishment.

The agreement specifies its duration, which may not be less than two years nor more than ten years.

La convention signée par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur consulaire en application de l’article L. 711-19 précise notamment :

1° Les objectifs académiques poursuivis par l’établissement ;

2° Les principes régissant la composition du corps enseignant de l’établissement ;

3° Les principes régissant les modalités d’accès à l’établissement ;

4° La définition des activités de l’établissement et, le cas échéant, les liens entre ces activités et les activités de formation assurées par les chambres de commerce et d’industrie concernées, leurs filiales et par les filiales de l’établissement d’enseignement supérieur consulaire ;

5° Les orientations relatives à la politique partenariale, notamment au niveau international ;

6° Les modalités selon lesquelles les biens immobiliers appartenant aux chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales et aux chambres de commerce et d’industrie de région sont mis à disposition de l’établissement.

La convention précise sa durée, qui ne peut être inférieure à deux ans ni supérieure à dix ans.
