Article R7124-33 of the French Labour Code

In the cases set out in 3° and 4° of article R. 7124-23, the notification specifies the fraction of remuneration allocated to the constitution of the lump sum.
This notification recalls the obligation imposed on the employer by article R. 7124-35. This fraction relates to the salary and remuneration received by the child in accordance with articles L. 7123-6 and L. 7123-12 to L. 7123-16.
