The allowance corresponding to the leave provided for in article L. 3141-3 may not be less than one tenth of the total remuneration received by the person concerned during the reference period, nor less than the salary that would be due at the time of payment of the allowance for working the same amount of time as the leave.
Each additional day of leave granted in accordance with the provisions of article L. 3141-8 gives rise to the allocation of an allowance equal to the quotient of the allowance corresponding to the main leave by the number of working days included in this leave.
