Article R7213-9 of the French Labour Code

The allowance corresponding to the leave provided for in article L. 3141-3 may not be less than one tenth of the total remuneration received by the person concerned during the reference period, nor less than the salary that would be due at the time of payment of the allowance for working the same amount of time as the leave.
Each additional day of leave granted in accordance with the provisions of article L. 3141-8 gives rise to the allocation of an allowance equal to the quotient of the allowance corresponding to the main leave by the number of working days included in this leave.

L’indemnité correspondante au congé prévu par l’article L. 3141-3 ne peut être inférieure ni au dixième de la rémunération totale perçue par l’intéressé au cours de la période de référence, ni au salaire qui serait dû au moment du règlement de l’indemnité pour un temps de travail égal à celui du congé.
Chaque jour de congé supplémentaire accordé conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 3141-8 donne lieu à l’attribution d’une indemnité égale au quotient de l’indemnité correspondante au congé principal par le nombre de jours ouvrables compris dans ce congé.
