Article R722-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The period provided for in the last paragraph of Article L. 722-3 and given to the claimant to take civil or criminal action on the merits, or to lodge a complaint with the public prosecutor, is twenty working days or thirty-one calendar days, whichever is longer, from the date of the order.

Le délai prévu au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 722-3 et imparti au demandeur pour se pourvoir au fond par la voie civile ou pénale, ou déposer une plainte auprès du procureur de la République, est de vingt jours ouvrables ou de trente et un jours civils si ce délai est plus long, à compter de la date de l’ordonnance.
