The employer may impose on a domestic employee, with the exception, unless otherwise agreed, of the women and men of the household, an annual leave of a duration greater than that of the legal leave to which the person concerned is entitled.
In this case, the employer shall pay the person concerned, for the duration of the additional rest period, an allowance which may not be less than the sums which would be due for the same amount of statutory leave.
This additional time off and the corresponding compensation may not be deducted from future statutory holidays and the corresponding compensation.
