The deliberation of the Assembly of Martinique setting the allowances mentioned in article R. 7226-24 provides, after consultation with the President of the Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Education Council, for the procedures for reducing the allowances allocated to the members of this Council according to their attendance at meetings of the Council or its formations as well as at meetings of the bodies in which they represent their Assembly.
La délibération de l’assemblée de Martinique fixant les indemnités mentionnées à l’article R. 7226-24 prévoit, après consultation du président du conseil économique, social, environnemental, de la culture et de l’éducation, les modalités de réduction des indemnités allouées aux membres de ce conseil en fonction de leur participation aux réunions du conseil ou de ses formations ainsi qu’aux réunions des organismes dans lesquels ils représentent leur assemblée.
