Article R7227-25-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Training courses eligible under the individual right are training courses relating to the exercise of the mandate of the councillor to the Martinique Assembly and the executive councillor and training courses contributing to the acquisition of the skills necessary, where applicable, for professional reintegration at the end of the mandate.

Training courses relating to the exercise of the mandate are training courses provided by a body approved by the minister responsible for local authorities under the conditions defined in articles R. 1221-12 to R. 1221-22-1.

The training courses contributing to the professional reintegration of the councillor to the Martinique Assembly and the executive councillor are the training courses eligible under the personal training account, mentioned in article L. 6323-6 of the Labour Code.

Les formations éligibles au titre du droit individuel sont les formations relatives à l’exercice du mandat du conseiller à l’assemblée de Martinique et du conseiller exécutif et les formations contribuant à l’acquisition des compétences nécessaires, le cas échéant, à la réinsertion professionnelle à l’issue du mandat.

Les formations relatives à l’exercice du mandat sont les formations dispensées par un organisme agréé par le ministre chargé des collectivités territoriales dans les conditions définies aux articles R. 1221-12 à R. 1221-22-1.

Les formations contribuant à la réinsertion professionnelle du conseiller à l’assemblée de Martinique et du conseiller exécutif sont les formations éligibles au titre du compte personnel de formation, mentionnées à l’article L. 6323-6 du code du travail.
