Where the provisions of Article L. 714-1, the registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt by which, pursuant to Article R. 713-11, the judgment is notified to the lessor, informs the latter that, in the absence of any dispute on his part, the measures decided by this judgment replace the deadlines and terms of payment of the rental debt previously granted by the judge seized pursuant to the article 24 of law no. 89-462 of 6 July 1989 aimed at improving rental relations and amending the loi n° 86-1290 du 23 décembre 1986.
This letter shall include the information provided for in the penultimate paragraph of Article R. 733-6.
It also points out that enforcement of eviction proceedings is resumed in the event of non-payment of rent or service charges as well as, when the judge rules pursuant to the first paragraph of article L. 733-13, in the event of non-compliance with the judgment.
