Article R733-9 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The order of the liberty and custody judge authorising the visit to the foreign national’s home may be appealed to the first president of the court of appeal, within twenty-four hours of its notification, by the foreign national or by the administrative authority.

L’ordonnance du juge des libertés et de la détention autorisant la visite du domicile de l’étranger est susceptible d’appel devant le premier président de la cour d’appel, dans les vingt-quatre heures de sa notification, par l’étranger ou par l’autorité administrative.
