I.-The expert appoints a project manager to act as an intermediary with the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority.

The project manager must have the appropriate skills for this task.

II -Where the expertise is entrusted to a team, the identity of its members is communicated to the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority.

I.-L’expert désigne un chargé de projet qui assure un rôle d’intermédiaire avec l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi.

Le chargé de projet justifie d’une compétence adaptée à cette mission.

II.-Lorsque l’expertise est confiée à une équipe de travail, l’identité de ses membres est communiquée à l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi.
