Article R7343-42 of the French Labour Code

For each election, the polling station draws up a report of the electronic vote consisting of numbered pages. Any event occurring during the ballot, any decision taken by the polling station or any intervention carried out on the voting system are immediately recorded in the minutes and are the subject of a record whose integrity is guaranteed.

Any voter, any representative of a candidate organisation and the Director General of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi may consult the minutes and record their observations on the electronic voting operations.

Pour chaque élection, le bureau de vote établit un procès-verbal du vote électronique composé de pages numérotées. Tout événement survenu durant le scrutin, toute décision prise par le bureau de vote ou toute intervention effectuée sur le système de vote sont immédiatement portés au procès-verbal et font l’objet d’une consignation dont l’intégrité est garantie.

Tout électeur, tout mandataire d’une organisation candidate et le directeur général de l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi peuvent consulter le procès-verbal et y consigner leurs observations relatives aux opérations du vote électronique.
