Article R7343-72 of the French Labour Code

The purpose of the training for the representatives appointed in application of article L. 7343-12 is to make them aware of the issues and methods of social dialogue. It is provided by trainers with experience in social dialogue according to a theoretical and practical programme that takes into account:

1° The characteristics of the sectors mentioned in Article L. 7343-1;

2° The role of the representative of self-employed workers using an employment platform.

La formation des représentants désignés en application de l’article L. 7343-12 a pour objet de les sensibiliser aux enjeux et méthodes du dialogue social. Elle est dispensée par des formateurs disposant d’une expérience en matière de dialogue social selon un programme théorique et pratique qui tient compte :

1° Des caractéristiques des secteurs mentionnés à l’article L. 7343-1 ;

2° Du rôle du représentant de travailleurs indépendants utilisant une plateforme d’emploi.
