Article R7345-13 of the French Labour Code

The Chairman of the Board of Directors chairs the Platform Players’ Council, which meets when convened by the Chairman of the Board of Directors or on the initiative of the majority of the members of the Platform Players’ Council, as often as the smooth running of the institution requires and at least twice a year.

The Council draws up its own rules of procedure on the proposal of its Chairman.

The secretariat of the Platform Players’ Council is provided by the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi, which covers its operating costs.

Article R7345-13

Le président du conseil d’administration préside le conseil des acteurs des plateformes qui se réunit, sur convocation du président du conseil d’administration ou à l’initiative de la majorité des membres du Conseil des acteurs des plateformes, aussi souvent que la bonne marche de l’établissement l’exige et au minimum deux fois par an.

Le conseil établit son règlement intérieur sur proposition de son président.

Le secrétariat du Conseil des acteurs des plateformes est assuré par l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi qui prend en charge ses frais de fonctionnement.
