The Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi shall assist the platform and the representative appointed pursuant to Article L. 7343-12 in seeking any solution likely to bring the dispute to an amicable end. It ensures that the mediation procedure is fair and balanced.
If it considers that the smooth running of the mediation is compromised or that the mediation is unlikely to be successful, the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority shall put an end to it.
Where the platform and the representative appointed pursuant to Article L. 7343-12 manage to agree on an amicable solution concerning all or part of the dispute, they shall draw up a written agreement under the aegis of the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority. This agreement is signed by the platform referred to in Article L. 7343-1 and the self-employed worker(s) involved in the dispute. The conclusion of such an agreement puts an end to the mediation. In the event of an agreement partially resolving the dispute, mediation may continue on the points mentioned in the referral that are still under discussion.
