Article R7345-5 of the French Labour Code

The Board of Directors is convened by its Chairman as often as the smooth running of the institution requires and at least four times a year. Meetings are convened at the request of the Minister for Labour and the Minister for Transport or by at least half of the members on a specific agenda. The meeting of the Board of Directors is held within one month of the request. The Chairman sets the agenda on a proposal from the Managing Director.

Le conseil d’administration se réunit, sur convocation de son président, aussi souvent que la bonne marche de l’établissement l’exige et au minimum quatre fois par an. La convocation est de droit si elle est demandée par le ministre chargé du travail et le ministre chargé des transports ou par la moitié au moins des membres sur un ordre du jour déterminé. La réunion du conseil d’administration se tient dans le mois qui suit la demande. Le président arrête l’ordre du jour sur proposition du directeur général.
