Article R741-10 of the French Consumer Code

The call to creditors provided for in Article L. 741-8 shall be published by the registry of the judicial court in accordance with the forms provided for in Article R. 723-2.

Failing agreement between the parties, the protection litigation judge shall designate, by order, the party or parties who shall bear the costs.

L’appel aux créanciers prévu à l’article L. 741-8 est publié par le greffe du tribunal judiciaire selon les formes prévues à l’article R. 723-2.

A défaut d’accord entre les parties, le juge des contentieux de la protection désigne, par ordonnance, la ou les parties qui en supporteront les frais.
