Article R742-44 of the French Consumer Code

In order to distribute the proceeds of the sales, the liquidator draws up a distribution plan. To this end, he may summon the creditors.
The draft distribution is notified to the creditors and the debtor by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
This letter indicates:
1° That a dispute may be lodged, with supporting documents, with the liquidator by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within a period of fifteen days of its notification;
2° That in the absence of a dispute within this period the draft is deemed to be accepted and will be submitted to the protection litigation judge for homologation.

Afin de répartir le produit des ventes, le liquidateur élabore un projet de distribution. A cette fin, il peut convoquer les créanciers.
Le projet de distribution est notifié aux créanciers et au débiteur par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.
Cette lettre indique :
1° Qu’une contestation peut être formée, pièces justificatives à l’appui, auprès du liquidateur par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de sa notification ;
2° Qu’à défaut de contestation dans ce délai le projet est réputé accepté et sera soumis au juge des contentieux de la protection pour homologation.
