Article R752-44-10 of the French Commercial code

If the authorised project is completed or marketed in stages, a certificate is drawn up for each stage, in proportion to each completion or marketing, within the limit of the period of validity of the commercial development authorisation as set out in article R. 752-20. The provisions of this article are set out in each certificate of conformity.

All certificates issued in this way are subject to the conditions of this sub-section and bear the endorsement of the authorisation to operate a business as well as the references of previously issued certificates.

Si le projet autorisé est réalisé ou commercialisé par étapes, il est établi un certificat pour chaque étape, au prorata de chaque réalisation ou commercialisation, dans la limite de la durée de validité de l’autorisation d’exploitation commerciale telle que fixée à l’article R. 752-20. Les dispositions de cet article sont rappelées dans chaque certificat de conformité.

Tous les certificats ainsi établis sont soumis aux conditions de la présente sous-section et portent le visa de l’autorisation d’exploitation commerciale ainsi que les références des certificats précédemment établis.
