Article R. 531-1 is applicable in French Polynesia in the version resulting from Decree no. 2022-125 of 4 February 2022, subject to the deletion in the second paragraph of the words: “in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1833 of 14 July 2021”.
