Article R784-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Are applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the adaptations mentioned in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I, the references to the European Banking Authority and the resolution authorities of the other Member States of the European Union do not apply.
