Article R811-31-1 of the French Commercial code

When the court-appointed administrator wishes to change the mention of the speciality, civil or commercial, on the list provided for in Article L. 811-2 or add a new entry, the request for amendment or addition shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the secretariat of the commission.

It is accompanied by the certificate of achievement referred to in article R. 811-28-6 corresponding to the speciality mention applied for.

The commission decides on the request for modification or addition under the conditions laid down in articles R. 811-33 à R. 811-35.

Article R811-31-1

Lorsque l’administrateur judiciaire souhaite modifier la mention de la spécialité, civile ou commerciale, sur la liste prévue à l’article L. 811-2 ou y adjoindre une nouvelle mention, sa demande de modification ou d’adjonction est adressée par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception au secrétariat de la commission.

Elle est accompagnée du certificat de réussite mentionné à l’article R. 811-28-6 correspondant à la mention de spécialité sollicitée.

La commission statue sur la demande de modification ou d’adjonction dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 811-33 à R. 811-35.
