When the number of court-appointed administrators practising within the firm falls below half the number of salaried court-appointed administrators, the owner of the firm has a period of one year to comply with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article L. 811-7-1.

Lorsque le nombre d’administrateurs judiciaires en exercice au sein de l’étude devient inférieur à la moitié du nombre d’administrateurs judiciaires salariés, le titulaire de l’étude a un délai d’un an pour se mettre en conformité avec les dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 811-7-1.
