Article R814-43 of the French Commercial code

Before the end of each year, the President of the National Council shall send to the Minister of Justice, the list of the members of each profession that the Council’s Bureau has designated as being subject to periodic inspection during the following year. This list is also sent to the Government Commissioner at the National Registration and Disciplinary Board, as well as to the coordinating magistrate mentioned in Article R. 811-40.

Before the end of each year, the regional inspecting magistrates shall send the Minister for Justice and the coordinating magistrate mentioned in article R. 811-40, the list of persons mentioned in III of article L. 812-2 to be subject to periodic inspections during the following year. The coordinating magistrate forwards this list to the President of the National Council, to the Government Commissioner at the National Commission for Registration and Discipline, and, as appropriate, to the relevant regional chamber of bailiffs or the relevant disciplinary chamber of judicial auctioneers.

Avant la fin de chaque année, le président du Conseil national adresse au garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, la liste des membres de l’une et de l’autre professions que le bureau du conseil a désignés comme devant faire l’objet du contrôle périodique au cours de l’année suivante. Cette liste est également adressée au commissaire du Gouvernement près de la Commission nationale d’inscription et de discipline, ainsi qu’au magistrat coordonnateur mentionné à l’article R. 811-40.

Avant la fin de chaque année, les magistrats inspecteurs régionaux adressent au garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice et au magistrat coordonnateur mentionné à l’article R. 811-40, la liste des personnes mentionnées au III de l’article L. 812-2 devant faire l’objet du contrôle périodique au cours de l’année suivante. Le magistrat coordonnateur transmet cette liste au président du Conseil national, au commissaire du Gouvernement près la Commission nationale d’inscription et de discipline, et, selon le cas, à la chambre régionale des huissiers de justice compétente ou à la chambre de discipline des commissaires-priseurs judiciaires compétente.
