Article R822-13 of the French Consumer Code

The Board of Directors of the National Consumer Institute may set up advisory committees. The Director General is an ex officio member of these committees.

The Government Commissioner and the Economic and Financial Controller attend their work as of right.

Le conseil d’administration de l’Institut national de la consommation peut créer auprès de lui des comités consultatifs. Le directeur général est membre de droit de ces comités.

Le commissaire du Gouvernement et le contrôleur économique et financier assistent de droit à leurs travaux.
