Article R8252-10 of the French Labour Code

When the industrial tribunal, seized by a foreign employee not authorised to work or his representative, pursuant to Article L. 8252-2, has handed down a final decision ordering the employer or the principal to pay the outstanding sums, the court registry will send a copy of this decision to the Director General of the French Office for Immigration and Integration.

Lorsque la juridiction statuant en matière prud’homale, saisie par un salarié étranger non autorisé à travailler ou son représentant, en application de l’article L. 8252-2, a rendu une décision passée en force de chose jugée condamnant l’employeur ou le donneur d’ordre au paiement des sommes restant dues, le greffe transmet une copie de cette décision au directeur général de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration.
