When the Director General of the French Office for Immigration and Integration receives a criminal decision referred to in article R. 8252-11, he shall implement the procedure provided for in article R. 8252-8 under the same conditions.

Lorsque le directeur général de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration est saisi d’une décision pénale mentionnée à l’article R. 8252-11, il met en œuvre dans les mêmes conditions la procédure prévue à l’article R. 8252-8.
