Article R8294-1 of the French Labour Code

On receipt of the declaration referred to in Articles R. 8293-1 to R. 8293-3, the union of funds referred to in Article R. 8291-2 sends the professional identification card to the employer or the employer’s representative, or to the user company of a seconded temporary employee.

A la réception de la déclaration mentionnée aux articles R. 8293-1 à R. 8293-3, l’union des caisses mentionnée à l’article R. 8291-2 adresse la carte d’identification professionnelle à l’employeur ou au représentant de l’employeur, ou à l’entreprise utilisatrice d’un salarié intérimaire détaché.
