Article R920-1 of the French Commercial code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in the chapters below, the following provisions of the code are applicable in the Department of Mayotte:

1° Book I, with the exception of articles R. 123-171-1, R. 122-1 à R. 122-17, R. 123-209 to R. 123-219, R. 132-1 to R. 133-2, D. 145-12 à D. 145-19, D. 146-1 and D. 146-2;

2° Book II, with the exception of articles R. 229-1 to R. 229-26 and R. 252-1 ;

3° Book III, with the exception of of Article R. 321-18-1 ;

4° Book IV, with the exception of Articles R. 463-16, R. 490-5 to R. 490-10;

5° Book V;

6° Book VI, with the exception of Articles R. 611-23-1, R. 625-4, R. 662-4 in the version resulting from Decree No. 2016-1851 of 23 December 2016 on the appointment of bailiffs and auctioneers in certain procedures relating to distressed companies and amending the Commercial Code, R. 662-18, R. 670-1 to R. 670-7 ;

7° Titles I to IV of Book VII, with the exception of the provisions relating to regional chambers of commerce and industry and Articles R. 712-24 and R. 713-7 ;

8° Book VIII.

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues dans les chapitres ci-après, les dispositions suivantes du code sont applicables dans le Département de Mayotte :

1° Le livre I, à l’exception des articles R. 123-171-1, R. 122-1 à R. 122-17, R. 123-209 à R. 123-219, R. 132-1 à R. 133-2, D. 145-12 à D. 145-19, D. 146-1 et D. 146-2 ;

7° Les titres Ier à IV du livre VII, à l’exception des dispositions relatives aux chambres de commerce et d’industrie de région et des articles R. 712-24 et R. 713-7 ;

8° Le livre VIII.
