Article R947-3 of the French Commercial code

For the application of Chapter III of Title II of Book VII, the following provisions are added:

“The general election of judges of the mixed commercial courts takes place in the first fortnight of October. “

Pour l’application du chapitre III du titre II du livre VII, les dispositions suivantes sont ajoutées :

” L’élection générale des juges des tribunaux mixtes de commerce a lieu dans la première quinzaine du mois d’octobre. “
