Article R947-4 of the French Commercial code

In Article R. 723-1, the words: “During the first two months of the year following the election of the members of the chambers of commerce and industry and the chambers of trade and craft trades” and “taken after the opinion of the general meeting of the commercial court” are deleted.

A l’article R. 723-1, les mots : ” Au cours des deux premiers mois de l’année suivant l’élection des membres des chambres de commerce et d’industrie et des chambres de métiers et de l’artisanat ” et ” prise après avis de l’assemblée générale du tribunal de commerce ” sont supprimés.
