Article 132-4 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

A member of a committee who has a conflict of interest in relation to a matter on the agenda of a committee meeting and who withdraws for the adoption of the resolution on that matter is prohibited, for the duration of his or her term of office, from any discussion relating to that resolution with the other members of the committee.

Le membre d’une commission qui s’est trouvé dans une situation de conflit d’intérêts dans une affaire figurant à l’ordre du jour d’une séance de la commission et s’est déporté pour l’adoption de la délibération portant sur cette affaire s’interdit, durant toute la durée de son mandat, tout échange relatif à cette délibération avec les autres membres de la commission.
