Article 1320 of the French Code of civil procedure

The unsealing report is dated and signed by the bailiff. It includes:

1° A mention of the request for unsealing and the bailiff’s determination of the day and time of unsealing;

2° The name and address of the applicant(s);

3° The name and address of the parties present, represented or called ;

4° Acknowledgement of the seals if they are sound and whole or, if they are not, the state of the alterations;

5° The observations of the applicants and those appearing and the action, if any, taken on them;

6° An indication of the author of the inventory.

Article 1320

Le procès-verbal de levée des scellés est daté et signé par l’huissier de justice. Il comprend :

1° La mention de la demande de levée et de la fixation par l’huissier de justice du jour et de l’heure de la levée ;

2° Les nom et adresse du ou des requérants ;

3° Les nom et adresse des parties présentes, représentées ou appelées ;

4° La reconnaissance des scellés s’ils sont sains et entiers ou, s’ils ne le sont pas, l’état des altérations ;

5° Les observations des requérants et des comparants et les suites qui, le cas échéant, leur ont été réservées ;

6° L’indication de l’auteur de l’inventaire.
