Article 211-102 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

A new application for support for the same project, from the same director or with the same director, will only be considered, after consultation with the co-chairmen of the relevant Selective Production Support Committee, if the project has been significantly reworked in terms of its writing, production conditions or financing arrangements. In any event, no more than three applications for support may be submitted for the same project, by the same director or with the same director.

Une nouvelle demande d’aide pour un même projet, du même réalisateur ou avec le même réalisateur, n’est examinée, après consultation des coprésidents de la commission des aides sélectives à la production compétente, que si le projet a été significativement retravaillé quant à son écriture, ses conditions de réalisation ou ses modalités de financement. En tout état de cause, un même projet, du même réalisateur ou avec le même réalisateur, ne peut faire l’objet de plus de trois demandes d’aide.
