Where, pursuant to article 268, the spouses submit an agreement relating to compensatory allowance to the judge for approval, the provisions of articles 278 and 279 are applicable.

Lorsqu’en application de l’article 268, les époux soumettent à l’homologation du juge une convention relative à la prestation compensatoire, les dispositions des articles 278 et 279 sont applicables.
