Article 312-27 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The grant is paid as follows:

– 75% at the time of the award decision;
– 25% after submission to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée of the developed version of the project and proof of expenses incurred.

Payment is made to the authors in accordance with the agreements between them.

Article 312-27

L’aide est versée dans les conditions suivantes :

– 75 % au moment de la décision d’attribution ;
– 25 % après remise au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée de la version élaborée du projet et des justificatifs des dépenses effectuées.

Le versement est effectué aux auteurs en fonction des conventions intervenues entre eux.
