Article 411-13 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Short-length cinematographic works are made, in a minimum proportion determined under the conditions set by the decree of 21 May 1992 taken for the application of article 6 of decree no. 90-66 of 17 January 1990 laying down the general principles concerning the distribution of cinematographic and audiovisual works, with the assistance of:

1° Authors, principal actors, technicians and creative collaborators who are French nationals or assimilated or nationals of a State party to an intergovernmental co-production agreement when the work is produced within the framework of such an agreement;

2° Technical industries established in France or on the territory of European States or a State party to an intergovernmental co-production agreement when the work is produced under such an agreement.

Article 411-13

Les œuvres cinématographiques de courte durée sont réalisées, dans une proportion minimale déterminée dans les conditions fixées par l’ arrêté du 21 mai 1992 pris pour l’application de l’article 6 du décret n° 90-66 du 17 janvier 1990 fixant les principes généraux concernant la diffusion des œuvres cinématographiques et audiovisuelles, avec le concours :

1° D’auteurs, d’acteurs principaux, de techniciens collaborateurs de création ressortissants français ou assimilés ou ressortissants d’un Etat partie à un accord intergouvernemental de coproduction lorsque l’œuvre est réalisée dans le cadre d’un tel accord ;

2° D’industries techniques établies en France ou sur le territoire d’Etats européens ou d’un Etat partie à un accord intergouvernemental de coproduction lorsque l’œuvre est réalisée dans le cadre d’un tel accord.
